After every coaching session, I am always reminded that I still do not know or understand a lot of things, there are always gaps, biases, limitations and prejudices. But instead of feeling defeated, it drives me to be open minded, learn, and experience new things. It is also through Jason’s coaching that I realized that running a business is not just for the money. It is quite embarrassing for me to say this, I used to be one of those people who hate their work and complain bitterly. I was full of vengeance. I did not want to be in the family business. I was unhappy, I lacked purpose in my life and very, very broke. It was through Jason’s coaching that I realized that my family business is a vehicle to impact lives around me, especially my customers, clients as well as the industry itself. I gained a sense of purpose in my life, and I have managed to turn the mess in my life that I have experienced into a "message" to help others in their life journey, as I now understand that positive, supportive and authentic relationships are the foundation to anything and everything we want to achieve. To end it off, not only my family business has improved, I’ve become a better person too. I’m proud to know Jason who has the best interest of me and you bet I’m super grateful to be coached by him.
